How to order and pay

Online   - you can order from the secure site, http://www.outoforkney.co.uk/, any help needed, send an email and help will be there for you.

 Any debit/credit cards can only be paid through the online account.

                        Delivery information

All knitwear and keyrings are despatched in 28 days and are delivered to you in recorded delivery for safety.  If any delays are on the delivery and is over the limit, I will be in contact with you asap.  All the cards are made in 24 hours for you and will be posted the following day.  If you want any items sooner, please do drop an email and will try to help.

All prices for postage is near the item for you, and it is great britain only, if you need any more details, please do contact.  If the item is for a gift, please do make it clear in your order form the delivery address you would like it to be delivered and receipt will be posted to your address.

                                Returns

If you are unhappy with any of the items, you can return the item, if unused, over the next 7 days you recieved it, in the standard it was when you recieved it.  Write down the problem with the item, your name, address and phone number and the way you made your payment and I will either refund your money or send you another item on your request.  Any items lost or damaged on returns will not be credited and the delivery charge for returns cannot be refunded.  If the item has been damaged through post when it arrives to you, please contact me, another item will be sent to you for free.
